













All bookings will be made online using the Conference registration button.
You will be asked to indicate sessions you want to attend during the Conference. You will receive an email confirming the sessions you have booked.
PAYMENT OF FEES
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Written cancellations received prior to June 30, 2009 will receive a 75% refund of fees paid. Refunds for cancellations received after this date will be made only in exceptional circumstances. All cancellations must be forwarded to the Secretariat (Expertise Events Pty Limited) in writing.
Please note that substitutions will be made in lieu of cancellations, however the Secretariat must be notified in writing of any changes to the registration prior to the event.
LATE REGISTRATION
Confirmations for registrations received after July 17, 2009 will be available for collection at the Registration Counter, located in the Foyer of Hall 1, Sydney Exhibition Centre. Onsite registrations will also be processed at this counter.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged in writing by the Secretariat. Bookings will only be confirmed for those activities for which payment has been received. A Tax Invoice will also be sent.
